Charles holds a BSc in chemistry and management from Newcastle University and is a CFA Charterholder.  

Charles was previously employed at Berenberg Bank in London as an associate analyst covering biotech/mid-cap pharma companies with direct coverage of 14 European firms (2012-2014).‎
